Kingston Country Courtyard
Kingston is a small historical estate village with varied buildings of Purbeck stone which straggle across the hillside to the south of Corfe Castle and five miles west of Swanage. The village of Kingston is situated on a hill near Swyre Head, the highest point of the Purbeck Hills.
The 16th Century Barn, now used as a Wedding and Events Venue was originally used for winter grain storage. The Granary accommodation above features the original pulley wheel and can be used for Self-Catering. Courtyard buildings now form the B&B rooms, ‘Byres’ and stable blocks ‘Farriers, Carpenters and Forge’ have been tastefully converted into en suite bed and breakfast rooms along with The Eldon suites and Smithy’s. High beamed ceilings, exposed Purbeck stone walls and stone slate roofs are of special historical interest. Along with our beautiful location our courtyard style accommodation offers visitors a chance to embrace a retreat away from the stresses of modern society. We have stunning views from our private garden for you to enjoy.
